Sale Manager (Banquet/Events)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for proactive events (corporate events, exhibition, conferrence, wedding…)
  • Monitor sales metrics and ensure targets are met
  • Identify and capture new market opportunities

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Act as the main contact for clients during event planning and execution
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction

3. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present sales reports to the Director of Sales – Proactive
  • Use data to drive strategic decisions

4. Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and executing proactive sales events, 
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless event operations
  • Ensure events meet Wynnley‘s quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field
  • Experience: 03-05 years of sales management in hospitality
  • Proven leadership and sales track record
  • Strong event planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven decision-making ability
  • Strong organization skills
