JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for proactive events (corporate events, exhibition, conferrence, wedding…)
- Monitor sales metrics and ensure targets are met
- Identify and capture new market opportunities
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Act as the main contact for clients during event planning and execution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
3. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales reports to the Director of Sales – Proactive
- Use data to drive strategic decisions
4. Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing proactive sales events,
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless event operations
- Ensure events meet Wynnley‘s quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field
- Experience: 03-05 years of sales management in hospitality
- Proven leadership and sales track record
- Strong event planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong organization skills
