Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting

• Perform general bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare timely and accurate management accounts and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and internal company policies.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Internal Controls

• Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity.

Tax Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings in compliance with local tax laws and statutory regulations.
• Prepare and submit relevant tax reports and documentation.

Audit Management

• Coordinate audit readiness checks and pre-audit reviews.
• Prepare audit schedules and necessary supporting documentation.
• Liaise with external auditors during audits and respond to audit inquiries as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles, including at least 1 year in a reputable audit firm.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and VAS.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools (e.g., Bravo, Misa, ERPs, Excel, financial modeling is a plus).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations is preferred.
• A collaborative team player who can work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
