II. Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Designer to elevate Zumwhere’s visual storytelling across digital platforms. You‘ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and content team to create compelling visuals that capture attention and express the brand’s voice. This role is perfect for a designer with 2+ years of experience, a strong design aesthetic, and a love for lifestyle branding.
III. Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging visual content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social channels
- Create static and motion assets for carousels, stories, reels, templates, and campaigns
- Interpret creative briefs and contribute to brainstorming and content planning
- Maintain and evolve Zumwhere’s visual identity across platforms
- Keep up with design trends, digital formats, and youth-driven visual culture
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
- Support design needs for KOL campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events
IV. Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, especially for digital or social content
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Experience working in a production house or creative agency
- Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
- Comfortable designing for vertical, mobile-first platforms
- A strong portfolio showcasing social-first designs (especially in F&B or lifestyle)
Nice-to-Have
- Familiar with motion tools: After Effects, CapCut, Canva Pro
- Awareness of Vietnamese youth trends and digital culture
- Basic English skills for collaboration and internal communication
- Background in fashion, lifestyle, or F&B is a plus
